Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2012, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license around 00:54 on August 19, 2012, driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.104% from approximately 50 meters away from the road near the station located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the front road of the 132-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
