Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car. A.m.

At around 02:00 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant operated C rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 36 km from the street in front of the main base station located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu to the first front of the green-dong 1, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.

As a result, the defendant instigated A to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
