1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On May 19, 201, the Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea with the status of visa exemption (B-1) from May 19, 201 as a foreigner of the Republic of Liberia (hereinafter “Liberia”), and was staying there on August 10, 201, by changing the status of stay to the status of general training (D-4) on August 10, 201, and left the Republic of Liberia only on May 6, 2012.
After December 30, 2012, the status of stay exempted from visa (B-1) was re-entry and applied for refugee status to the defendant on April 22, 2013.
B. On May 20, 2014, the Defendant rendered a disposition of non-recognition of refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the Plaintiff’s assertion does not constitute a case of “a well-founded fear that would be subject to persecution” as a requirement of refugee under Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees and Article 1 of the Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees.
C. On September 1, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on September 1, 2014, but the said objection was dismissed on July 1, 2015.

2. Whether the disposition is lawful;
A. The Plaintiff’s father, who was on duty as a security guard of Liberia, the president of Liberia, was born around 190 and was killed by the former president of Liberia.
During the Plaintiff’s father’s life in Cotediar, the Plaintiff’s father, around January 201, had a war between the ability to support the newly elected C by the president and the ability to support D by the former president. The Plaintiff’s father participated in the cotediar as a volunteer of the ability to support the former president, but was sentenced to the first half of March 2012, since he participated in the cotediar as a volunteer of the ability to support the former president, the Plaintiff’s father was sentenced to the first half of March 2012.
