1. D Co., Ltd. is the representative director of D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”), F, the vice president of D Co., Ltd., and D Co., Ltd., the team leader of D Co., Ltd., and D Co., Ltd., a company established in D Co., Ltd., and listed in the Korea Exchange (KOSPI) around November 30, 2010, as a company established in D Co., Ltd., and operated a business as its main business after importing semi-finished products from Hyundai Motor, etc. and assembling them into finished products from D Co., Ltd.

2. H Group H is the former head of the I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”); J is the former head of the I; K is the former vice head of the I; K is the former vice head of the I; L is the director of I; and the defendant is the vice head of I.

[Criminal facts]

1. At the time of the first market price operation, H, K, and J were affiliated with the IBK Investment Securities Co., Ltd., and the Defendant and L were affiliated with the Korea Commercial Investment Securities Co., Ltd.

“H Group” purchased D shares from the beginning of October 201, 201.
