Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, and the judgment was finalized on June 13, 2013. On December 18, 2014, the Daegu High Court sentenced four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) in the Daegu High Court on March 12, 2015.

On March 21, 2009, the Defendant operated the said automobile without mandatory insurance on the roads adjacent to Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-do.
