A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions Act (No. 2011No. 210) shall operate a brokerage business without registering the establishment of an authorized brokerage office;
Around January 22, 2008, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of an authorized brokerage office, was paid KRW 300,000,000 as a brokerage commission by mediating a contract to sell KRW 3177m2 and 635m2 to G the price of KRW 120,000,000,000,000,000,000. The Defendant, including the above brokerage, provided real estate transaction brokerage from around 2006 to around 209 at the office, etc. of the said “C real estate” and carried out real estate brokerage business. On November 2, 201, the Defendant: (a) was at the office of “H real estate in Yong-gun, Young-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) was at the victim’s 11:10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.
