If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On March 3, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.130% of blood alcohol concentration at around 22:30, the Defendant driven around 5 km-do Track-do Track-do Track-do Track-do Track-do Track-do Track-do Track-do Track to the front way of the Defendant’s house located in E.
