1. Of the second floor of the building listed in attached Form 1’s list of real estate, the Defendant shall be subject to attached Form 2(1), attached Form 1(2), 2(3) and 4(3).

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment deeming confessions: Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to deliver to the Plaintiff the part (A) on the ship, which connects each point of Section 2 of the attached Table 1’s second floor, Section 1 of the attached Table 2, Section 2 of the attached Table 1’s building, Section 3, Section 4, Section 4 and Section 1, in sequence, to the Plaintiff. Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
