Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B gender car.

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:20 and proceeded to the right turn to the left at the left side of the Korean Peninsula in order to enter the right side of the Korean Peninsula, after driving the vehicle at around 19:20 and driving it on the front road of the D in the Ulsan-gun C.

Since there is a road where a median line is installed, a person engaged in driving service is at the left turn beyond the median line, even though he/she is unable to drive along the right side of the road, and he/she was at the left turn.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, committed damage to the salvity of the parts of the arms, which affected the driver E along with the bridge, and escaped without immediately stopping the following measures, even though he suffered three weeks of the treatment period due to the damage to the dalpology of the bridge, etc., and the Defendant escaped to the driver E, without taking measures such as providing relief to the victims.
