Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a bicycle for business.

On October 18, 2019, the Defendant driven the above bicycle around 14:29, while driving the three-lane road in front of the Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, along the direction of the mobilization distance, driving the three-lane road in front of the Seoul, while driving the three-lane road at a speed below the speed of Si/Gun.

Since there is a road where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses shall pass along the right side of the road and shall not disturb the center line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant violated this and proceeded directly on the left side of the center line, and the Defendant conflictd with the Defendant’s bicycle with DMW101WH of the victim C(30 years old) driving prior to the right edge of the mobilization distance from the left side of the road of the center line.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim of the above occupational negligence, “fice damage, etc. to the fice fice fice fice fice fice fice fice, etc.”
