1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and C each point of the Attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the buildings listed in the Attached List.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 26, 2005, the Plaintiff leased to Defendant B a deposit of KRW 10 million, a lease period of KRW 659 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) from April 25, 2005 to April 24, 2010, the annual rent of KRW 6 million.

B. Defendant B newly constructed the instant building on the ground of the instant land on May 12, 2005.

C. Around August 1, 2005, Defendant B, without the Plaintiff’s consent, set the deposit amount of KRW 10 million, monthly rent of KRW 80,000,000, and the lease period of August 1, 2005 as KRW 60,000,000,000 and KRW 54,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00.

On March 30, 2010, the Plaintiff notified Defendant B of the restoration of the instant land to its original state upon the termination of the lease term for the instant land.

E. Around June 17, 2011, Defendant B changed the name of the owner of the instant building to the Plaintiff. Around that time, the Plaintiff leased the instant land and building to Defendant B with the annual rent of KRW 10 million for two years from October 25, 201, and the annual rent of KRW 8 million from October 25, 201.

(f) On June 13, 2013, the Plaintiff notified Defendant B of the transfer of the instant land and buildings to the Plaintiff upon the termination of the lease term.

G. On July 15, 2013, Defendant B demanded renewal of a contract under the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act to the Plaintiff, and rejected delivery.

H. On October 25, 2013, the Plaintiff deposited the lease deposit amount of KRW 10 million with Defendant B as the principal deposit account at the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-cheon Branch of 2013 gold No. 1144 in 2013.
