1. The plaintiff

A. The Defendants are indicated in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 4, and 1 among the buildings listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. The following facts may be acknowledged as either a dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 3:

On May 20, 201, the Plaintiff leased to Defendant B the attached Form Nos. 1 through 4, and 10 million won as deposit money, monthly rent of KRW 10 million, and the lease period of KRW 10 million as from May 20, 201 to 12 months from May 20, 2011.

B. After that, Defendant B, along with Defendant C, operated a manufacturer of the mutual pressure devices called “D” in the instant building. The said lease contract was renewed between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, but the monthly rent was not paid after March 20, 2016.

2. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff acquired the right to terminate the lease agreement in question, since the above overdue loan was more than two years.

It is clear that the copy of the complaint of this case stating the declaration of intention to terminate the contract was delivered to Defendant B on September 22, 2016. Thus, the above lease contract was lawfully terminated.

3. The Defendants’ assertion as to the Defendants did not receive monthly rent as the instant building site was included in the redevelopment area and the apartment construction construction work was imminent.
