Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Western District Court for fraud, etc. and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 4, 2013.

On August 2012, the Defendant entered false information on the sales of goods via C and the Internet, and conspired to receive money from the victims who reported and contacted the false information on the sales of goods.

1. Around August 23, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that the Defendant sold a fashion on the Internet NAE page on an infash in the infash location near the Daegu East Terminal. A false statement was made to the effect that the Defendant sent the fash to the victim D who made contact with the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant did not have a plaque and received the price for the goods from the victim, he/she did not have the intention or ability to send the plaque.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 2,90,00 from the victim via the Agricultural Cooperative Account (F) in the name of C around 11:25 on the same day.

2. On September 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that the Defendant sold a fluort to the Internet NAE EF in the mutual influent telecom or a fluorial room near the Daegu East Terminal, and that he/she would send a fluort to the victim G who reported and contacted with the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant did not have a plaque and received the price for the goods from the victim, he/she did not have the intention or ability to send the plaque.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 320,00 from the victim, KRW 14:20,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the above C around the 3th of the same month.

3. The Defendant, on September 3, 2012, sold the Internet NA E Cafa in the cross-discilized telecom or clocks near the Daegu East Terminal.
