A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Customs Act shall acquire, transfer, transport, keep, mediate or appraise any imported goods without filing an import declaration;

On December 16, 2016, the Defendant acquired the domestic wholesale price of KRW 61,036,80 in total over 111 times during the period from that time until March 17, 2017, as shown in the attached list of crimes, the domestic wholesale price of KRW 5,548,80, the total domestic wholesale price of KRW 5,80,00 in the Republic of Korea sealed by the Defendant to the head of the Incheon Customs Office through the Chinese Bolasa.

2. No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act shall sell, collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display for sale, food, etc. imported without filing an import declaration with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety;

The Defendant purchased from C the total market price of KRW 5,548,80, which is the food imported by C without filing an import declaration with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety through China, at Pyeongtaek-si Port 75, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, and the date and time indicated in paragraph (1), and sold food equivalent to KRW 50 km 150 g, 40 g, 40 g, 150 g, 40 g, 40 g, 80 g, g, 80 g, 312 g, 350 g, west-si, 800 g, and from that to March 17, 2017.
