Punishment of the crime

At around 17:30 on January 26, 2008, the Defendant acquired the 6,320,000 won of active language owned by E and acquired the money from E to the 6,320,000 won of active language owned by the victim, although the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the price, even if he was supplied with active language by the victim.
