A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked as the head of the office at the marina hall of the trade name “D” in Seoul C Underground 1, and took overall charge of the management of the business.

1. Quasi-decent acts;
