A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 through 10 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner with the nationality of Malaysia who entered the Republic of Korea on May 25, 2018 for the purpose of travelling around the Republic of Korea.

On May 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was unable to pay the money borrowed from a person with no name (hereinafter “C”); (b) was unable to pay the money borrowed from the said person; (c) was sent to the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport through the said person with the word “D, in lieu of the money borrowed from the said person’s name (hereinafter “C”); and (d) was sent to the Republic of Korea through the said Incheon Airport.

On May 28, 2018, the Defendant was instructed to: (a) around 16:00, according to the direction of the person who was unable to receive the above name, and (b) to receive a passport in the name of “D”, 7 copies of the credit card in the name of “D” and “D” in the custody of the Defendant, and to take the name in the name in the name of “E” (hereinafter “E”) after purchasing the OSS tobacco using the above credit card and return to the Malaysia,” respectively.

However, although the above credit cards were written in appearance as D’s name, in fact, the above credit cards were forged by storing the information on Samsung Card against F, G, H, I, and J, and by storing the credit card information of the Hong-kon bank located in the Hong-kon. 1. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On May 29, 2018, Defendant Co., Ltd. purchased household goods, such as horses, from the victims of the victim’s “Da” (hereinafter “Da”) in the “E” and calculated the price of KRW 10,000 from the victims to the “Da” and calculated the price of KRW 10,00,000.
