A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 8 or 10 shall be confiscated by the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as an alien of Malaysia’s nationality, purchased high-priced goods at a Korean electronic equipment shop, etc. using a forged credit card and consented to the order of the purchase of high-priced goods at the Korean electronic equipment shop, etc., and then entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport on May 18, 2018, entered the Republic of Korea on the same day (hereinafter referred to as “E”), and conspired with the above E to commit the crime, such as receiving education on specific criminal acts by receiving the credit card delivery of the said Article and receiving education on the number of specific criminal acts.

1. On May 19, 2018, the Defendant, according to the orders of the above C and E, purchased the Samsung Electronic Sales Co., Ltd. at the village of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul on May 19, 2018, the Defendant purchased one mobile phone at the time of Samsung Ggal ju, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,078,00,000, and regardless of the intent or ability to pay the credit card price, the Defendant was issued the aforementioned mobile phone by deceiving the Defendant by deceiving the said employee by presenting the name of the employees of the said store to the Defendant and having the Defendant pay the said price, as if he had the intent or ability to pay it.

In collusion with the above C and the above E, the Defendant, as well as the above B and during the period from May 19, 2018 to May 23, 2018, by deceiving the victims on four occasions, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form No. 1, and by delivery of property equivalent to the sum of 6,494,000 won from the victims, and used the forged credit card.
