All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is the victim B and the legal married couple, and the present divorce lawsuit is pending.
On May 21, 2018, the Defendant became aware of the fact that the victim B (the 40 years of age, women) (the her wife) filed a divorce lawsuit and a provisional injunction against access to Seocho-do support on May 21, 2018, and called “I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I am I.
The Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s car in the parking lot to find the victim; (b) discovered the victim’s car in the future, obstructed the victim’s vehicle by leaving the vehicle in the future; (c) set off the victim’s car in the vehicle due to the victim’s stopping, cut off the vehicle from the vehicle, opened the victim’s driver’s seat in front of the driver’s seat in the vehicle; and (d) threatened the victim with the voice by “spawn, rapid landing, death.”
B. Around May 2018, the Defendant posted a telephone to G, a “F president” who was aware of the victim while working for the Defendant, and said that “A wife was married before his/her wife, who was 24 years of birth between the former South and North Korea. High school also caused the suicide of his/her father, and the father was found to have died in several months of his/her death due to his/her care.”
However, in fact, the victims have continued to look for the father by sending money to his father.
After all, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts and falsity.
C. Around June 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) called “around June 11, 2018, the Defendant: (b) calls from the victim to H who works together with the victim; (c) “the wife was winded with another male; (d) he worked at the drinking house before the wife was discovered; and (e) there was a baby between the Vietnam and the son.”
In fact, however, the victim is another male in relation to the defendant.
