A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete 40 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, who is the husband of C, has been married to C and D for a period of not more than 8 months, and E is a child of D.
1. At around 00:54 on July 31, 2016, the Defendant entered the victim’s house in front of the victim’s house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, F apartment 102 Dong 307, 102, and 307, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim’s intrusion on the victim’s residence by misunderstanding the relationship between the victim and E and entering the victim’s house with the network diameter on the ground that the contact was not neglected and met; and (b) carrying one hand gate (30cm in length) which is a dangerous object for chemicalization (30cm in length) with the victim’s house while the victim moved the victim’s house to the network diameter on the ground that the contact was not neglected and talked.
2. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E into the victim’s house in the way set forth in paragraph 1; (b) carried hand hand-on, which is an object dangerous to her dancing; and (c) took the victim’s face at one time in drinking; and (d) continuously took four times the victim’s face face face, the Defendant continued to put the victim into an open room for the part where the victim’s treatment is required for approximately two weeks, and the details of the oral unknown part.
3. At the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant of special intimidation: (a) sees the Defendant’s opening and entering the bend door as described in Paragraph 1; (b) sees the Defendant’s cell phone in the play room; and (c) sees the Victim C’s mobile phone into the toilet and deducts the Victim C’s mobile phone; and (d) sees her hand, which is a dangerous object carried by the Defendant, one hand, and her hand, her hand, takes the Victim’s hand, and her other hand, and dies at the victim E, which was used with the Victim C.
