A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From 200 to 200, the Defendant is a personal housing business operator located in Daegu, who is a business owner who directs and supervises matters concerning safety and health by using three regular workers at the time of the removal of building C in Gyeyang-si.

1. A business owner: (a) before dismantling or removing asbestos; (b) formulated a plan for dismantling or removing asbestos, including procedures and methods for dismantling or removing asbestos; (c) methods of preventing scattering or removing asbestos; and (d) measures to protect workers; and (c) performed the work accordingly; (d) the Defendant did not establish a plan for dismantling or removing asbestos at the time of dismantling or removing asbestos, on March 6, 2015, when dismantling or removing 49.5 square meters of roof materials containing white asbestos in neighborhood living facilities in Yangsan-si around 09:00.

2. Although a business owner has posted an asbestos content warning sign at the entrance to dismantle or remove asbestos, the Defendant did not install a warning sign while dismantling or removing the asbestos slate containing asbestos at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.

3. Where a business owner needs to have workers engage in dismantling or removing asbestos, he/she shall provide a fire-proof horse, air exhauster, high-gle protective design spacker, protective clothes and protective shoes to spack the body, but the Defendant did not provide personal protective outfits to workers while dismantling or removing roof materials containing asbestos at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.

4. Although the business owner shall install sanitary equipment such as escape rooms, shower rooms, work clothes rooms, etc. at or adjacent to the place of work for dismantling or removing asbestos and install necessary goods and tools, he did not install sanitary equipment while dismantling or removing the slate of roof materials containing asbestos at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.
