Criminal facts

1. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was at night in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsandong-gu; (b) opened a entrance door in front of the office E, a corporation, the partner company of the said corporation’s operation of the victim D, Co., Ltd., Ltd., and three other companies; and (c) removed five computers for office work in the said place by using dracker, which were prepared in advance; and (d) removed five computers for office work in the said place; and (e) took a bag containing a cash of KRW 250,000,000,000,000 won, which is owned by the victim in the book.

The Defendant, at night, stolen the victim’s property due to intrusion upon the victim’s structure at night, and stolen the victim’s property due to the victim’s intrusion on another’s structure at night at night, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was located in Ulsandong-gu B around 22:20 on May 8, 2017; and (b) was placed in front of the G Office, a cooperative firm with the victim F in the first floor attached to C Line Factory Co., Ltd., Ltd., and opened the door in front of the G Office, a cooperative firm with which the entrance was corrected; (c) removed the locks; and (d) removed the said locks; and (d) removed the computers for office work in the said Raber; and (e) removed the computers in the said Raber, then opened the cell phone at the CPU 2 et al. at the market price equivalent to KRW 589,00,00 at the CPU 5.89,00.

At night, the Defendant destroyed or damaged the door, the wall, and part of the structure, and intruded into the structure in charge of managing the victim, and stolen the victim’s property.
