1. Basic facts

A. From March 2013, the Defendant is a person serving as C University Music College D and guest professor, and the Plaintiff is a student affiliated with D of the aforementioned University Music College D.

B. The Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant indecent act”).
