1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts;
A. On April 4, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a “C” contract with the Defendant, and the grounds for and amount of the payment are as follows:

2. The parties' assertion
A. On August 23, 2019, the Plaintiff alleged that he/she had been diagnosed as leuk-type cancer (blood cancer) and wing-type cancer (blood type) as a result of the surgery conducted at the F Hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

The amount of living expenses between KRW 20 million and KRW 10 million and KRW 60,000.
