1. Basic facts

A. On November 6, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant, the insurance company, entered into an agreement with the insured as the Plaintiff, the insurance period, and the payment period, 15 years each, and the insurance premium as KRW 27,400 each, and entered into a non-distribution cancer insurance display agreement (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. The content of the instant insurance contract’s guarantee includes “Cancerology”. The relevant content is as follows.
