Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defluence;

나. 2014. 1. 4. 19:03 인터넷 네이버 E 카페에서 닉네임 F이라는 사람이 게시한 “abs 수축 이정도면 100% 잡은거 아닐까요.^^특허내고 프린터나 만들까요”라는 글에 대한 덧글로 “세계 3대 학위 위조 개발자는 C이고, 세계 3대 쓰리디 프린터는 G입니다”라는 글을 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
