The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is working as a public official of Grade VII in the D viewing industry environment and the local government-level waste management team environment from around September 201 to October 2014 and has been in charge of the installation and implementation of food waste recycling facilities.

From January 21, 2014 to December 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) as a person in charge of the business of “a services for a non-governmental agency for collecting and transporting recyclable resources wide area” where one company collects and transports all recyclables in the entire area at D; (b) concluded a contract for the establishment of a corporation with the said H-based corporation after establishing the H-based corporation, which is a new corporation at D, in the course of negotiations with G on December 27, 2014, selected as a person eligible for priority negotiation for the aforementioned business, through a public tender notice on December 27, 2013; and (c) concluded the contract with the Plaintiff on January 21, 2014, in the course of negotiations with G, which is located at Osan City; and (d) E was located at the time of Osan, a new corporation at D.

On January 24, 2014, H applied for payment of KRW 800,000,000 under a service agreement entered into between D and D as above, and the Defendant was in charge of advance payment work.

D Viewing from the public official J and the public official J to the purport that “No permit for waste collection and transportation business to H is available and there is a problem in advance payment.”

On January 29, 2014, the Defendant prepared a permit for waste collection and transportation business in the name of the D market stating that “A person shall be permitted to engage in waste collection and transportation business to H as of January 29, 2014,” based on the application for a permit for waste disposal business, which was received on the same day by using a computer at the cleaning administration of the D viewing industry environment bureau located in K, and at the office of the waste disposal team, and did not obtain approval from the director of the D viewing industry Bureau for the final approval related to the said permit.
