Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who distributes medical devices with the trade name called Geumcheon-gu Seoul Building C in Geumcheon-gu, and E is a business registration holder under the name of D as the defendant's wife.

1. 2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, issued to D’s creditors J, K and I’s agents L, which are not aware of the fact of such fact, three copies of notarial deeds of money consumption loan contract, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
