A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting ballots or similar things by issuing them, and no person may open a space stuffing for profit.

According to such public offering, the Defendant opened and operated “P” (name of a site and the change of domain name from time to time) a private sports soil and entertainment site using an overseas server at the office located in the Cheongdo from April 2, 2015 to March 29, 2017, and posted the distribution rate for the sports games and the games, such as a domestic and foreign axis, camping district, and farming district, on the above site, and then deposited money to the account designated by the members of the above site. In order to deposit money, the Defendant charged cyber money used in the betting and let the members of the members of the above site betting one of the money in the betting amount and exchange the dividend rate applied to the betting amount to the members of the members who meet the result of the games.
