Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2013, at around 05:30, the Defendant driven a BM7 car while under the influence of alcohol of approximately two kilometers in a two-lane section in front of the criminal history of Gangseo-si, Gangwon-si, the roads in front of the Cheongung apartment, which are located in Gangnam-si, Gangwon-si.
