Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2012, at around 04:00, the Defendant driven a hiven vehicle B owned by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol by 0.174% (the result of measurement) of blood alcohol concentration from approximately two kilometers in the two sections, from the front of the parking lot in the Gangnam-dong high water zone, to the front of the parking lot in the Gangnam-dong, Gangnam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-dong, Gangnam-dong, Gannam-dong, the front of the parking lot.
