A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 31, 2017, at around 05:30, the Defendant: “E” restaurant operated by the victim D located in Jeju-si on July 31, 2017; and on the ground that the Defendant was drunk, “The knife and the knife of the death of the knife.”

The Defendant committed violence, such as spitation, etc. of I on the part of I on the part of I on the part of a police officer in relation to the management of a person on duty, without any justifiable reason, by causing the Defendant who was deprived of his will, thereby interfering with the legitimate performance of duties by the police officer in relation to the management of a person on duty.
