가. 피고인은 2014. 4. 30. 23:00경 서울 구로구 D 101호에 있는 피고인의 집에서 성명불상자(일명 ‘E’)로부터 받은 향정신성의약품인 메트암페타민(이하 ‘필로폰’이라 함) 중 불상량을 자체 제작한 플라스틱 용기 유리관(일명 ‘삥후’)에 넣고 라이터로 가열하여 발생한 연기를 유리빨대로 흡입하는 방법으로 필로폰을 투약하였다.

B. On May 1, 2014, between 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant administered phiphones in the aforementioned manner at the above place.

2. At around 16:20 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant provided F with philophones with 0.6195g of philophones received from the above name omitted at the above place.

3. At around 17:20 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant carried a philophone by setting a total of 6.4749g philophones received from the above person’s name from the room floor of the above place.
