1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,450,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 30, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the same Act applicable mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) the purport that the written objection submitted by the defendant while raising an objection to the payment order upon the plaintiff’s request is merely stated in the judgment of confession, and the written objection submitted by the defendant in raising an objection to the payment order upon the plaintiff’s request is not indicated in the purport that the plaintiff is dissatisfied with the payment order, and later, the defendant did not appear on the date for pleading without complying with the recommendation for correction urginging specific claims, and thus all of the plaintiff’s allegations are deemed to have been led to confession (see Supreme Court Decision 89Meu4045, Jul. 25, 198).
