1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 19, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 89Meu4045, Jul. 25, 1989) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act only state the purport that an objection shall be raised against the payment order, and there is no indication of the Plaintiff’s assertion. Since the Defendant did not appear on the date of pleading without complying with the recommendation for correction urginging specific arguments, all of the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to confession (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 89Meu404
