A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant’s indecent act by force against the victim C, who found the victim “E” in Ulsan-gun D, Ulsan-gun, U.S., U.S. as a customer and worked as an employee for the victim C (n, 21 years old), stating that the victim would not be the victim.
