1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,001,00 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 22, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s business and the status of B and Defendant 1) Plaintiff from October 2002 to another fisheries cooperative (hereinafter “fisheries cooperative”)
