1. As to KRW 300,000,000 and KRW 100,001,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 300,000 from March 14, 201 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s business and status C and Defendant’s 1) Plaintiff from October 2002 to another fisheries cooperative (hereinafter “ fisheries cooperative”)

(2) On November 9, 1996, the fishing village fraternity as the plaintiff on November 9, 2001, after designating the intermediary wholesalers as the designated intermediary wholesaler for the purchase of the plaintiff's building and then purchasing the destroyed goods, and supplying them to the national large-scale retail outlet or meal service company. (2) C entered the Da fishing village fraternity as the plaintiff's telegraph, and became the plaintiff on November 9, 2001, the fishing village fraternity was in charge of the destroyed goods distribution and the destroyed goods distribution.

C The request that the designated intermediary wholesaler “if it is necessary for the Plaintiff’s business, caused the virtual trade, and the virtual trade amount received is returned to the account designated by C.”

If a designated intermediary transfers the virtual purchase price to the account (C's borrowed name account) designated by C, C shall use the said money at will.

In preparation for the plaintiff's own inventory inspection and the audit by NFC, "F" operator G who entrusts the plaintiff with the custody of the destroyed goods shall be entitled to request the issuance of a written confirmation of inventory of a quantity different from the actual storage quantity of the destroyed goods in accordance with the plaintiff's business needs and the amount of the books required by him/her."
