1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 65,362,300 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 16, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the statutory interest rate was amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015, which was from October 1, 2015, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case to the day of full payment, shall be recognized and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
