A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant, on May 1, 2013, administered D’s house located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, by having D put approximately 0.05g of opon into a single-use injection machine, melting D with water into the Defendant’s arms.

2. The Defendant, on October 2013, administered the Defendant’s house located in Heungdong-gu, Youngdong-gu, Cheongdong-gu, with D put approximately 0.05 g of opphone into a single-use injection machine, melting D with water, and having the Defendant injection into the Defendant’s arms.

3. In December 2013, the Defendant administered D, at the home of the Defendant’s above Defendant, after inserting approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, melting the water into the Defendant’s arms.

4. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant administered D with approximately 0.05g of chophones put them into a single-use chophone, melting them with water, and then having the Defendant injection into the arms.

5. On the back of April 2014, the Defendant administered D with approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, melting the water into the Defendant’s arms.

6. On June 2014, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant, administered D with approximately 0.05g of chophones into one-time chophones, melted them with water, and melted them into the arms of the Defendant.
