A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The number of disposables seized shall be nine (No. 1), one pen (No. 2), one pen (No. 2), and pressure.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. In May 2013, the Defendant, at the guest room located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, put approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs-related Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into one’s arms.

2. In May 2013, the Defendant injected the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, into the Defendant’s house, put approximately 0.05 gh of philopon into two for a disposable injection machine, and melted the water into one’s arms, and injected the remainder into one’s arms.

3. In early October 2013, the Defendant injected F at F’s house located in Heungdong-gu G, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and 2 of a single philopon 0.05 g, in water, and melted one of the following as the Defendant’s arms, and injected the remainder into F’s arms.

4. In December 2013, the Defendant puts at the house of F, and 2 for a disposable injection machine, 0.05 grophones respectively, and injected one of the following as water into the Defendant’s arms, and injected one into F’s arms.

5. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant put in the house of the F above, put approximately 0.05 glophones into two for a disposable injection machine, melted one of the following as water into the Defendant’s arms, and injected one of the remainder into F’s arms.

6. In April 2014, the Defendant, at the home of F, put up two philophones into two for a disposable injection machine, injected one of the following as water into the Defendant’s arms, and injected one of the remainder into F’s arms.

7. On June 2014, the Defendant puts at the house of F, and 2 for a disposable injection machine, 0.05 grophones, respectively, into the Defendant’s arms, injected one of the following as water, and injected the remainder into F’s arms.
