Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2012, at around 00:30, the Defendant, a semiconductor distribution company B, obtained one gallon lusium 900,000 won, which was lost by a fire victim on the street in the vicinity of the village market in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

In order to return smartphones acquired as above to the victim, the Defendant, without following the procedure of reporting to the police office, embezzled that he/she would have.
