Punishment of the crime

At around 17:30 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant found the amount equivalent to 9.550,000 won at the market price of Samsung Ggal ju City jum-2 test mobile phones (daily number: 0699629) of the victim B (ma, 43 years old) who is far away from the stairs of the Osan Park located in the Dong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim or reporting the acquisition to the police agency, embezzled the property on his own as he had.
