A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 3715"
1. On May 4, 2019, the Defendant, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 23:35, embezzled the goods that had been occupied by the victims four times in total from the time until the 23th day of the same month, on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant: (b) obtained one card lost by the victim D in the C Large Joint Office; (c) obtained the hedges on a new card; and (d) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (b) embezzled the goods that had been occupied by the victims on the following occasions: (c) by the following means: (d) the Defendant embezzled the goods that had been occupied by the victims
2. A. In the self-speak of subsection 1, as described in No. 4, the price was settled by using the M's modern card acquired, and the market price was recovered in the amount of 3,900 won.
Accordingly, the defendant steals and loses the victim's property twice in total.
