Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2014, at around 01:20, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle volume from the front of the attached area located in the Yandong in the Dong-dong in the Gyeonggisan-si to the front of the Seowon hotel distance in the same Gu from the front of the attached area in the Dong-dong in the Gyeonggisan-si.
