Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 27, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on June 27, 2008, and a fine of KRW 5 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on November 12, 2012.
1. Around 00:10 on May 31, 2014, the Defendant driving a B windowp car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.145% without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 1km from the front side of the upper 709-1, which is located in the upper east-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si to May 31, 2014, from around 00:19 to the front side of the water-related road located in the upper 709-1, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
On May 31, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle with Birsatom without mandatory insurance, from the front side of the Yandong-dong, 00:19 on the same day to the front side of the water-related industry in the same 70:19 on the same day.
