A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:05 on March 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the CK5 vehicle on the front of the Masan Medical Center located in 231, the Defendant: (b) while driving the CK5 vehicle on the front of the Masan Medical Center located in 231, the Defendant suffered from the victim E (50 years old) during the process of leaving the police box belonging to the Masan Police Station in Masan, where the Defendant 231 caused his/her escape, by disregarding the stop signals to regulate the wearing of safety belts; (c) as he/she was in receipt of a request for the vehicle from the police box belonging to the Masan Police Station in Masan (50 years old); and (d) by reporting the change of the vehicle signal to the signal to the stop line, the Defendant immediately departed from the said vehicle, which is a dangerous object, making the victim take about about 10 meters, and lowered the victim on the floor; and (d) caused the victim to reflect the victim for about two weeks.

2. On March 30, 2016, the Defendant operated the car indicated in paragraph 1 without a vehicle driver’s license from around 49.3 km to the apartment parking lot located on the 11th day from the lower end of the space siren, Co., Ltd., located at the lower end of the 505-13, the lower end of the gu Office of Busan Metropolitan City, to the 14th day from the date of completing the 11:08 Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwonwon-si, the 14:3km of the 49.3km area without a vehicle driver’s license.
