A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant illegally used air call, with the aim of exercising the Defendant’s possession’s Cranc vehicle in which the front number plate was kept in custody in accordance with the order to suspend the operation of the Kimpo-si, the Defendant removed the front number plate in front of the D Spanc vehicle owned by the Defendant, and attached it on the front number plate of the Cpanc vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car number plate (D) which is air hosing.

2. The Defendant violated the public sign of unlawful use, violation of the Automobile Management Act, and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages, as described in paragraph 1, operated the said car which was not covered by the automobile mandatory insurance for the purpose of leaving the country, even though he was aware of the fact that there was an order issued by the head of Kimpo-si to suspend the operation of the said car in a state where the car number plate was unlawfully used, and even though he was aware of the fact that there was an order issued by the owner of the said car to suspend the operation of the said car, the said car was operated for the purpose of leaving the country from the time around July 25, 2017 to July 00.

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised the above car number plate, which is an illegal air unit, at the same time, and operated the above car even though it is not the user of the vehicle, and operated the above car with which an order to suspend operation was issued, and operated the above car which was not covered by the mandatory insurance.
