A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim D’s car number plate at the market price attached subsequent to the Eunststunless car owned by the victim, parked at the C parking lot located in Seosan-si B; and (b) stolen it.

2. The Defendant illegally used air defense, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, attached the E-Motor vehicle number plate, which was stolen, as stated in paragraph 1, to the Defendant’s own F Karen car.

Accordingly, the defendant used the car number plate of air for the purpose of exercising.

3. The Defendant exercised the air defense that was illegally used by the car number plate, which is the air, from the time of the date indicated in paragraph (2) to April 29, 2015, operated the motor vehicle in the Seosan City and exercised the air defense that was illegally used.
