1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and evidence Nos. 4, the Plaintiff applied for refugee status to the Defendant on April 18, 2013, but the Defendant rendered a disposition to deny refugee status on the ground that the Plaintiff cannot be recognized as a refugee on June 17, 2014, and that the Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on July 23, 2014, but the said objection was dismissed on July 1, 2015. The Plaintiff can be recognized as having received notification of the decision to dismiss the above objection on July 8, 2015, and the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit on October 8, 2015 after the ninety (90) days from the date on which the Plaintiff was notified of the decision to dismiss the objection.

Thus, the lawsuit of this case is dismissed as it is not proper since it was filed after the period of filing the lawsuit under Article 20 (1) of the Administrative Litigation Act has expired.
